Night at the Opera

Coats and scarves for a cold walk, the box seats and the last encore

A winter night at the opera starts outside. The walk there is cold and dark, the hall is warm, and after the final curtain it's back out into the night air. These looks are built for both sides of the door: long overcoats, a peacoat and a leather biker that come off easily at the coat check, worn over loose charcoal and black tailoring, soft knits and an open-collared tuxedo. Every look has a scarf, worn high against the cold or hung long once inside. The tailoring is loose enough to stay comfortable through a long performance, in a box seat or in standing room.

We4r publishes books of looks. Every look is put together piece by piece and then drawn, worn by one of our models. Nothing here is a photograph. About We4r
